Our own software · Built in Calgary

AdPilot — our Meta ads software for owners who aren't ready for an agency

We manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns for clients from $500 a month. Under that budget the math stops working, so we put the same daily job into software. AdPilot reads your ad account every morning, tells you in plain words what is working and what is leaking, and applies the fix when you tap Apply. $97 a month, and your ad spend stays yours.

Why we built it

Most of the owners who call us have the wrong budget for an agency

Jack has more than ten years in digital marketing, the last four running ads for Calgary businesses — window companies, photographers, retail, real estate. The same call kept coming in: an owner with $1,000 to $3,000 a month for ads, who was either burning it on the Boost Post button or paying a freelancer $500 to $1,500 a month for an account they opened twice a week.

Neither answer is good. Boost Post sends most of the money to people who will never buy. A freelancer on a $1,000 ad budget is 50 to 150% overhead. And our own managed service starts at $500 a month, which is honest work but the wrong price for that size of account.

So we wrote the playbook down and turned it into a product. The checks Jack runs on a client account every morning — what to pause, when to scale, which creative to swap, where the budget is leaking — now run on your account daily, with you approving anything that changes.

What it does

The whole job a media buyer does, running every day

Launch

From zero to an ad waiting for your OK

Answer a few plain questions. AdPilot writes the copy in your brand voice, prepares the creative in every size Meta wants, and structures the campaign the way Meta's own best-practice guides recommend.

"Ad built and waiting for your approval, 4 minutes"

Watch

A daily read of your account

Every morning it goes through campaign, ad set and ad the way a good media buyer would, and tells you what is working and what is leaking. No CPM or CTR jargon unless you ask for it.

"Your evening ads bring 2.5x more inquiries than mornings"

Fix

One tap, and it is done

Move budget, stop what is draining, scale what is working. Every suggestion says what it expects to change and why. You tap Apply, or Skip. Nothing goes live without you, and every change is logged with one-click undo.

"Pause ad #3: $52 per inquiry against $14 across the account"

Report

On your phone, in plain words

A one-line daily check-in and a weekly summary by email or Telegram: what you spent, what came back, what needs you. Running someone else's account? Forward the report as is.

"Week: $310 spent, 11 inquiries, $28 each, down from $36"

How it decides

Every recommendation traces back to three things

Ask "why?" on any suggestion and you get the numbers it came from — not a black box.

The playbook of top Meta buyers

When to pause, when to scale, which angle to test next, which audience to widen. The calls an experienced specialist makes every day, written into the checks AdPilot runs on your account.

Meta's own best-practice guides

The rules Meta publishes for advertisers: learning phase, budget structure, how many creatives to keep live, how placements should be handled. Applied to your account instead of sitting in a PDF nobody reads.

Your live numbers

Every dollar, click and inquiry from your own account, over your own season. Recommendations sharpen as your data grows, with no generic benchmarks standing in for your business.

Which one do you need

AdPilot or us running it for you

These are two different products at two different sizes. Here is the honest split.

Run it yourself

AdPilot — $97/mo

  • Your ad budget is roughly $500 to $3,000 a month
  • Facebook and Instagram only
  • You want to stay in control and approve each change
  • You have five minutes a day for a check-in, not five hours a week
  • No creative shoots, no landing pages, no SEO

We run it for you

Shuhai Marketing — from $500/mo

  • Your ad budget is above roughly $3,000 a month
  • You need Google Ads, SEO or a landing page alongside Meta
  • Creative production, offers and strategy are part of the job
  • You want a person who answers, not a dashboard
  • Month-to-month, management fee plus ad spend

Common questions

What owners ask before they connect an account

Is AdPilot actually live?

Yes. You can connect an account and launch an ad today, and it holds advanced access to Meta's Marketing API after passing Meta App Review in August 2026. The usual way in is the free audit: it runs on your own account and shows you what it finds before you pay anything.

How is this different from hiring you to run the ads?

Different size of job. Managed Meta ads start at $500 a month plus ad spend and include strategy, creative production and a person accountable for the result — and we can pair them with Google Ads, SEO and landing pages. AdPilot is $97 a month and does the daily Meta work for owners whose budget does not justify an agency yet.

Will I need to learn Ads Manager?

No, that is the whole point. You answer plain questions and tap Apply or Skip; the technical setup — objective, audience, placements, formats — is handled for you.

Does my ad spend go through you?

No. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account, and it stays your account. We only charge the monthly subscription and take no percentage of your budget.

What if AdPilot suggests something I disagree with?

Skip it. Nothing changes without your explicit OK — not budget, not creative, not campaign status. Every applied change is written to a log and one click undoes it. You can also start read-only and let it look without touching anything.

Can I use my own photos and video?

Yes, and you should. Upload your own material and AdPilot adds headlines, CTAs and the sizes Meta wants. It is especially worth it for photographers, restaurants and anyone with real visuals.

Do you handle Google Ads or TikTok in AdPilot?

Not today. AdPilot is Meta only: Facebook and Instagram. For Google Ads, TikTok or SEO, that is the managed side of the studio.

What if I want to cancel?

Monthly subscription, cancel in one click. Your campaigns and your ad account stay yours either way.
