Brand strategy that shows up before your sales pitch.
Your brand isn't a logo. It's the gut feeling people get when they hear your name. We help Calgary local businesses define that feeling — then show up with it consistently across web, social, sales, and the way you answer the phone.
In a 10,000-ad-a-day world, brand is the filter.
Most Calgary local businesses skip strategy and start with design. The result: a logo that looks fine in isolation but doesn't compound — every six months it "feels stale" and the cycle repeats. Read our full take on why that happens.
Brand strategy is the answer to five questions written down on one page. Skip the page and design becomes a guess. Get the page right and every downstream decision — website, social, ads, sales scripts — becomes obvious.
The brand pyramid we build with every client.
Top layers are abstract and rarely change. Bottom layers are tangible and refresh more often. Most businesses get this upside-down.
Purpose
Why you exist beyond making money. The hardest layer to fake — and the most defensible.
Promise
What you reliably deliver to customers. The thing that gets repeated in word-of-mouth.
Personality
How you sound, behave, and decide. The voice that makes you recognizable in a feed.
Identity
Logo, colour, type, photography. The visible expression of everything above.
Three-phase engagement.

Recent results.
A few recent brand engagements and what they produced. Calgary-local.
Pivoted from "we do it all" to a sharp, owner-led promise. Site, social, and sales scripts updated to match.
8 weeksRepositioned from generic to category-specific. Same service, premium price, better-fit clients.
12 weeksCleaner positioning meant warmer leads, less qualifying time. Lower CAC, higher CLV.
6 monthsWe came in thinking we needed a new logo. We left with a one-page brief that changed how we run the whole business.
Three years later, the brand brief still tells us what to say yes and no to. Cheapest investment we've ever made.
Things owners actually ask us.
Do I need a new logo?
Almost never. 80% of brand engagements end with a stronger strategy + a sharper version of the existing identity. We only design from scratch when the current visuals actively work against you.
How long does an engagement take?
Strategy + identity refresh typically runs 4–8 weeks end to end. Strategy-only sprints can be done in 2.
Will this work for B2B / professional services?
Yes — and arguably it matters more there. B2B buyers are humans too, and clear positioning shortens sales cycles. See our brand-strategy article for why.
I already have a brand. Can you just refresh it?
Yes. We start with a brand audit (30 min, free) and tell you whether you need a refresh, a re-set, or just consistency. Most clients turn out to need consistency.
Do you provide printed brand guidelines?
A clean PDF guideline yes. Bound printed books — not unless you specifically need them. Most modern teams live in Notion / Figma anyway.
